Christopher Anderson-Lundy

Christopher Anderson-Lundy is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer and mixer based in Toronto with over 15 years experience playing and composing in many groups and genres such as jazz, folk, hip-hop, funk, pop, classical, R&B, rock, and experimental music. His love of music began with piano lessons at an early age, which has led to experience playing and teaching piano, guitar, bass, soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones, clarinet, bass clarinet, and flute. Chris is also a longtime songwriter, and the winner of the 2014 School Alliance of Student Songwriters Song Contest.

Chris has completed a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts, Specialized Honours in Music at York University and a Graduate Certificate from the Music Scoring for Screen & Stage program at Sheridan College, for which he was awarded the Sheridan Silver Medal as the highest ranking graduate. At Sheridan he also developed skills as a producer and mix engineer working in a professional recording studio, in addition to scoring several short films, animations, and video games.

The son of two longtime educators, Chris is a dedicated music teacher with over 8 years of experience sharing the joy of music with students of all ages. He is committed to helping every student achieve their creative potential in the safe and fun environment of Beyond The Beat.
